Use of scanning tools does not create an obligation for Foxera to provide additional services unless a paid subscription is purchased.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain Foxera services are provided on a subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

• the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period

You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Foxera may offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Refund eligibility may depend on:
