Foxera Authorization &

By subscribing to Foxera and accepting this authorization, I expressly authorize Foxera to act on my behalf for the purpose of exercising my privacy rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

This authorization includes, where applicable:

• Identifying organizations that process or publish my personal data. 
• Submitting GDPR requests, including requests for access, objection, restriction, deletion, and opt-out. 
• Communicating with data brokers and other organizations regarding my privacy rights. 
• Following up on requests until a final response is received. 
• Providing additional information reasonably required to process my request, where permitted by law. 
• Maintaining records of submitted requests and responses for tracking purposes. 

Customer Consent

I confirm that:

• I am the data subject or I am legally authorized to act on behalf of the data subject. 
• The personal information I provide to Foxera is accurate. 
• I voluntarily authorize Foxera to represent me solely for the purpose of exercising my privacy rights. 

Communication with Data Brokers

I authorize Foxera to communicate directly with data brokers and other relevant organizations on my behalf.

Whenever possible, I request that future communications regarding my privacy requests be directed to Foxera rather than to me personally, so that Foxera can manage the process from start to finish.

However, I understand that some organizations may be legally required to contact me directly for identity verification or email confirmation. In such cases, Foxera will notify me if my action is required.

Scope of Representation

This authorization is limited exclusively to privacy-related requests, including GDPR rights and similar legal rights under applicable privacy legislation.

Foxera is not authorized to enter into contracts, make financial commitments, or represent me in any legal proceedings.

Withdrawal

I may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting Foxera.

Withdrawal will not affect requests that have already been submitted before the withdrawal takes effect.

Electronic Signature

By creating an account, subscribing to Foxera, or clicking "I Agree", I acknowledge that:

• I have read this authorization. 
• I understand its purpose. 
• I voluntarily grant Foxera permission to act on my behalf as described above.
